I haven't figured this out yet . . .

Ballerina Outfit Addiction

I doubt that every girl on the planet has wanted to be/pretended to be a ballerina at some point in her life, but I’m willing to bet a lot have. My daughter is one of the latter.

C got this ballerina outfit a couple of months ago and since she started wearing it, she can’t stop. The girl has an addiction. A ballerina outfit addiction. Every day, she asks for this ballerina outfit. If it’s in the dirty laundry pile, she still asks for it. If she just wore it all day and it’s time for her to get into her pajamas, she asks for it. She will take off whatever she is wearing and search her closet for the ballerina outfit.

I’m not going to lie, the ballerina outfit addiction is a little annoying. The one thing that makes up for it is when C puts it on, she starts twirling and saying, “ballerina, ballerina, ballerina.” Adorable.

Very, very sweet & lovely. Does she know her great grandma was a ballerina & a modern jazz dancer?

I knew about the jazz. Didn’t remember anything about you being a ballerina. That’s awesome! Lessons?

I haven’t been reading or blogging for quite awhile and decided to log on today. It has been a tough, long week. Anyway, I scrolled down and saw that video. I giggled, then teared up. It reminded me of my little girl (now a 5’4, 11 year old) and just how cute she was in her ballet outfit. Thanks for sparking such great memories! BTW, she is just too darn adorable.
