I haven't figured this out yet . . .

Learning With Old Food

The kids weren’t feeling well today and despite their worst illnesses, they always ask to go play outside. It takes much effort to quell their desires for fresh air and today we put a project to the test to see if it would distract them from the sunny day that was happening outside.

This project is a good way to use stale food before throwing it away.

If you’re like me and impervious to the obvious, you take some Fruit Loops or fruity Cheerios, uncooked spaghetti noodles and an english muffin. Stab the noodles into the english muffin and let the kids go to work placing the cereal on the noodles to practice matching colors and/or numbers. Also works on their dexterity. Pretty nifty.
