I haven't figured this out yet . . .

Laundry Day

Every parent knows that when you have children, your laundry doubles in size at the very least. I remember the days when my wife and I only did laundry once, maybe twice a week. Now that we have kids, it’s five or six times a week. Needless to say, it can be difficult to keep up with all that laundry, and sometimes loads get stockpiled in our bedroom, waiting to be sorted, folded and put away.

The kids have no problem with this because playing in the clean clothes is one of their favorite activities.

They’ve done it all; throw it, twirl it in the air, roll around in it, and my personal favorite, hiding in it. I always get excited about cheap entertainment for the kids and laundry definitely falls into that category.

While it may seem like letting your children play in your clean laundry is counterproductive to the cleanliness of your clothes, I highly suggest it over letting them play in your dirty laundry. That’s just disgusting.

Glad to know the stockpile of clean clothes shifting due to hidden children isn’t exclusive to my house…
