I haven't figured this out yet . . .
I think this may be the first year the kids had anything resembling fireworks to play with. My wife was thoughtful enough to get the kids pop-pops for the 4th of July and they had a lot of fun with them.
While the pop-pops were fun, I worry about G’s future love of fireworks. I recall when I was a kid lighting a bunch of fireworks in our trash can with my neighbor and the whole thing caught on fire. I thought it was awesome, but my parents were none too pleased. For the time being, I’m grateful that my kids are too young for anything that requires real fire.
